Reserve the Pavilion

Groups and individuals may reserve sections of the MIT Sailing Pavilion for special functions. The cost to reserve the pavilion varies depending on the group/individual's affiliation with MIT, and the desired facilities. To see the costs/fees, please select your type of group from the pulldown list below.

This form will send a reservation request to the Sailing Master, who will review your reservation, finalize any details, and make arrangements for payment. Fields are required unless specified otherwise.

Please provide two possible dates for your event. Since the Pavilion is used heavily, we need you to give the Sailing Master some options to schedule your event. If your event must be on a specific date, please repeat the date in both choices, but realize the pavilion may be busy at that time.

Please note:Alcohol is never allowed in the boats. Alcohol is only allowed at the Sailing Pavilion for officially registered and approved events. For more information about the registration process, refer to http://web.mit.edu/infocenter/eventreg.html.
