Thanks for coming to the soggy but fun Francis Charles Trophy. It was very impressive how everyone improved their FJ skills throughout the day. Pasted below are the final results. Matt Lindblad and I enjoyed hosting so many young and enthusiastic sailors from the local area to come experience collegiate style racing on the Charles River.
Please encourage your clubs and local sailing instructors to send a boat of ‘under 14 year olds’ to the 56th Annual Jack Wood Trophy next Friday for the Mass Bay Midget Championship.
Good luck to the top 3 finishers at Conanicut YC and everyone should make sure that their memberships with Mass Bay and US Sailing are current. Thanks again for joining us yesterday.
