This is not an MIT sanctioned event. If you sign up please send me an email with a phone number where you can be reached and a brief description of your sailing experience. We should talk before I confirm your entry. In order to sail the boat safely we need at least one crew member in addition to me with larger boat experience. The plan is to sail the boat from where it is moored in South Boston depending around Boston Harbor, or out into the ocean depending on the wind. This event is weather dependent. We will meet at the Boston Harbor Yacht Club, 1805 Columbia Road, South Boston MA. 02127. It is the large gray green building on the right of the three other yacht clubs. When you get to the Yacht Club, please call me. Do not text me. If you do not reach me, please call me again. I may be driving through a cell phone dead zone.
