Description
We will sail out of Boston Harbor on Saturday morning, departing from Waterboat Marina (near the Aquarium T stop, directions here; look at the satellite view and the marina is the place with the smaller boats North of Long Wharf and not the few big boats South of the wharf near the Aquarium) at 0900 and returning at 1900. We will sail the North Shore or the South Shore depending on the weather conditions.
We will be selecting 5-6 from those who sign up and have current sailing cards. Other skippers are encouraged to join.
We will meet at the table in front of the Marina office.
Bring appropriate clothes. The ocean water is about 45 degrees and the forecast wind of 10-15 knots will make for a pretty chily ride. Definitely bring hat, fleece, gloves and wind breaker. And sunglasses! Sailing gloves are recommended.
