Description
This will be a weekend bluewater sail to Provincetown. We will depart Friday late afternoon for the overnight sail to Provincetown where we will pick up a mooring. We will spend Saturday sailing on Stellwagen Bank, north of Provincetown and will do a little whale watching. We will return to Provincetown for Saturday night. We will sail back to Boston on Sunday, getting to our home mooring by about 5pm. This sail is intended as an introduction to offshore cruising for MITNA members with bluewater experience (on X Dimension or other 30-ft or larger cruising sailboats). There will be room for 5 crewmembers and crew confirmation will be made as soon as we have enough qualified crew signed up or by Thursday morning at the latest.
