XD Evening Boston Harbor Sail

Hello MIT Sailors,
We will sail in and around Boston Harbor on Thursday evening, leaving from Waterboat Marina (near the Aquarium T stop, directions here; look at the satellite view and the marina is the place with the smaller boats above the wharf and not the few big boats below the wharf near the Aquarium) around 5:30 PM and returning around 9:30 PM. This will be a good opportunity for those who haven't sailed aboard X Dimension to get acquainted with bluewater sailing. X-Dimension will comfortably carry 8-9 people; accounting for skipper and crew that means we will be selecting 6-7 from those who sign up and have current sailing cards. You can get directions and information about bluewater sailing on the MIT Sailing web site.
We will meet at the table in front of the Marina office. If you have a small flashlight or headlamp please bring it to keep on your person during the evening. Sailing gloves are helpful but not required.
The weather should be nice in the 60s but it is always significantly colder on the water especially after sunset so be sure to bring warm cloth !
