After spending today (Monday) in the shop for a repair, the mainsail is back on Mashnee, all set up and ready to sail in the morning!
Original description:
We will sail in and around Boston Harbour, meeting at Boston Waterboat Marina (please see the directions if you haven't been there before) at 10am and returning by sunset. Sailors of all experience levels are welcome to sign up.
Non-marking shoes that have not been worn in the streets are required, as sand and dirt from street shoes will scratch Mashnee's deck. (Sailing barefoot is also an option). Please bring water, lunch/snacks and layered clothing for cooler temperatures on the water. Sunscreen and sailing gloves (or other work gloves) are recommended.
