Midweek Tech Invitational @ MIT

Results

The Boston University freshman duo of Ian Towill and Phoebe Gittleson eeked out a hard fought victory in the last mid week tech regatta of 2010. Breeze was a shifty WNW at 5-8 knots with the sun setting directly in eyes looking upwind. Course was a Modified Windward-Leeward with gates at both the top and bottom. Many thanks to the 44 sailors in 22 boats from seven area colleges who made the action tight, clean and a wonderful learning experience. Final results listed below. Ties were broken.
