Session overview:
This session is for improving your windsurfing skills. Skills to be learned will be communicated on an individual basis. Depending on the wind we can look at e.g.
- Advanced sail trim
- Using the harness
- Maneuvers e.g. Jibe, Helitack, duck jibe, duck tack...
- Planing and use of footstraps if wind is good
Prerequisites:

You must have the sailboard rating in order to register.
