Nevermore Depart Checklist

This is the checklist of thing to do before getting underway.

• unlock cabin, starboard lazarette, and stern lazarette. stow locks in top drawer of nav station.
• remove companionway boards. stow in cabin.
• make log entry. include at least the following:
  • date and time
  • name of each person on board
  • engine hours at start
• remove guppy. stow in bucket in aft lazarette.
• set lower battery switch to "1"
  • after start engine, let it charge battery (maybe 15 minutes)
  • then turn top switch to "1" or "2", and lower switch to OFF
• set main breaker to 'on'.
