Nav station switches

Bilge pump 3-way toggle switch
- UP - automatic mode
- starts to pump when bilge water reaches a given height,
- then turns off by itself when a given lower level reached
- CENTER - OFF (no pumping is attempted)
- DOWN - pump runs as long as switch is DOWN, even if no water present
