Hull and woodwork:

Rigging:

• Head repaired (Original ask: Winterize and clean head and water systems (Dions))
• Renew varnish: especially bowsprit, toerail, tiller, mast (Dions)
• Renew paint below waterline (Dions)
• Renew paint above waterline (likely ok for another season--check if actually done over winter)
• Zincs replaced
• Move brass hook for chartplotter (Dions?)
• Check discoloration under forestay tang spacer on mast for rot; re-bed spacer block so water can’t collect (safety – Dions)

North/Wally

• Sail repairs at North (Scott has arranged):
  • 95: tears in luff boltrope, detaching spreader patch
  • 160: boltrope separating at head, small cuts near foot
  • Main: general check; add flattening reef to raise boom
• Replace main sail cover (North/Wally)--cover stabilized with new fabric beneath worn parts

2025 Sailing Season

• Inspect tiller and rudderpost to diagnose odd feeling (Nothing commented over-winter; problem comes and goes; barnacle thesis appears to be reasonable)
• VHF/AIS issues
