Thom is making this blank sheet for Kenn to lay down winch factoids.

He thinks (but isn't doing the work!) that model numbers, etc., should be in the Systems Description "main" part, and that more technical things about their innards, replacement parts (which Kenn found out are NOT all available!), and overhauling tricks, etc., would be better here...
